Children's Ministry Vision Statement

The goal of Children's Ministries is to work alongside parents in helping children establish a strong, Biblical foundation from which to build their lives upon; and develop a faith that, in God's timing, will lead them into a personal relationship with Christ.

By providing sound, biblical curricula, life application opportunities, and shepherding by mature Christian leaders, Children's Ministries will work with parents to guide children in their Christian walk, strengthen their knowledge of God's Word and encourage them to become more Christ-like in their words and actions.

With a focus on the family, Children's Ministries will help parents build up the Christian family unit and learn how to apply Godly principles on a daily basis, thus enabling parent to become strong, Godly examples for their children and others to follow.

Areas of Children's Ministries

Nursery

For children who are infants through one years old, Community Church offers a nursery where children are loved and nurtured by caring adults and introduced to the love of God through play, music and stories. For further information about our nursery, please contact Michelle Brechlin at 235-6586.

Preschool

To provide a preschool program which assists parents in laying down the first foundations of faith and knowledge of God through the use of an interactive, age-appropriate Bible curriculum.

Promiseland

To provide a Sunday morning Christian education program which uses the Bible as the primary teaching tool to establish a solid foundation of faith in God. This is supported by a curriculum that uses creative techniques and life application studies to increase learning and comprehension.
