Alan is the Lead Pastor of Community Church. He joined the staff in December 1998. Alan and his wife, Susan, were married in 1984 and have four children: Kate, Amanda, Allison and Shelby.

I am blessed to be married to Mary Ruth, the father of Stephanie Szcybialka and Andy Harris, and grandfather of Tessa Szcybialka. Don't ya know that we are proud Minnesotans that moved here and started attending OCC in 1997. I have been an Overseer since 2003 and involved with leadership of the men's ministry. I have also been involved in our groups ministries.

It has been an honor to serve at Community since 2005.  My wife Heather and I have the privilege of raising 5 amazing children; Amelia, Hannah, Bethany, Weston (who went to be with Jesus last summer) and Ian. We are in the process of adopting 2 children from Ethiopia. We love missions and hanging out with friends.

Heather and I were married in 1989 and have one son named Sam. We came to Community Church in 2001, I have been an Overseer since 2004, and became a member of the staff in 2007. Heather and I have a passion for marriages and have led a "Love and Respect" class for a number of years. I enjoy playing golf, traveling with Heather and Sam, cooking, photography, entertaining friends, and did I mention golf?

My wife, Sandy and I began attending Community church in 1998. We have been involved with small groups, super groups, hosting home fellowships, and greeting. We have one daughter, Erin, who is soon to be 29 and resides in Oceanside, CA and has no desire to return to winters or seasons in Wisconsin, so we'll just have to visit there, shucks.

I came to Community Church in the summer of 2005 with my beautiful wife, Stephanie, and daughters, Emily and Amy.  I love writing and singing songs, playing jazz trumpet, recording and music production, golf, cool gadgets, and I have one of the sweetest jobs on the planet!

My wife Katie and I were married in 1997, and we have 5 children.  I have attended Community Church since 1995 and joined the overseer team in 2003.  Katie and I have been involved in leading small group Bible studies, I play bass in one of our worship teams, and I currently serve on the Membership team. 

I am single, and not looking (thanks anyways ladies). I started attending Community Church in 2002. I was saved by the beautiful grace of God. I am currently on the Board of Overseers but most of my active ministry involvement has been with youth. My legal hobbies include canoeing, fishing, and exploring.

My wife Kerry and I were married in 1987 and have three children - Brita, Nick, and Cole. We started attending Community Church 1996 and have been involved in home fellowships (small groups) and the drama ministry. I enjoy hunting, especially bow hunting for deer, golf, hanging out with my family and eating just about anything.

I've been married for 36 years to my high school sweetheart, Rick. We have two grown children, Josh and Michelle. I am the Business Administrator working with the church finances and accounts, along with various office and management responsibilities. My ministries have included leadership roles with the women's ministries but currently I serve primarily in the children's area, Promiseland.

I was born and raised in Oshkosh and married my high school sweetheart, Dawn. I have two adult children and two beautiful grandchildren. I serve God as the director of Community Counseling Services, a ministry of Community Church. My leisure time is spent studying/reading theology, history, psychology, as well hunting, fishing, and singing in the local Barbershop Chorus.

My wonderful husband, Phil, and I have 5 children and 6 grand children. I've attended Community Church since 1991. I work on staff in the office as an administrative assistant. I am a military veteran and grew up in the military.  I have lived all around the US and spent some time in Turkey, Greece and Germany.   I love reaching out to meet new people where ever I go.

 
 

I am married to an awesome lady, Lindsey and we have two sweet little girls, Charlee and Reese. I started attending Community as quite a youngster with my family. My ministry involvement is wrapped around my passion for leading worship. I enjoy kayaking (preferably whitewater), hunting, music, and anything that gets my adrenaline goin' (jumping off cliffs into water and the like included)!

After serving 35 years at another church in Oshkosh, Lynn joined the staff in June 1993. Semi - retired, Lynn now serves as the coordinator of our prayer ministry. Lynn and his wife, Shirley, were married in 1947.
